To further improve the quality of teaching and learning by revisiting and refining pedagogical approaches across the federation, ensuring all staff share consistent, research‑informed practice. |

To review and align the federation curriculum with the expectations of the new national curriculum to secure coherence, progression, and high outcomes for all pupils. |

Priority 3 |
Strengthen the strategic leadership of SEND and inclusion to ensure that all pupils - including those who are disadvantaged and/or with SEND - experience a consistently high‑quality, inclusive education that enables them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. |

Priority 4 |
Strengthen the strategic use of digital technology and AI to enhance teaching, learning, inclusion, and operational efficiency, while progressing toward recognition as a Microsoft Showcase School. |

Priority 5 |
Strengthen personal development, behaviour & wellbeing and spiritual development by ensuring high-quality provision throughout the school day, including playtimes, wraparound care and collective worship. |
